Boilers Fall Prospect Camp

For: 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 High School Graduates
Location: Alexander Field
Approximate Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EDT)
Camp Includes: Purdue Baseball T-shirt, Lunch, secondary insurance.
Each day is limited to the first 50 student-athletes.
The Purdue Baseball Coaching Staff has announced their 2012 Boilers Fall Prospect Camps.
This camp will provide an opportunity for high school baseball players (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 graduates) to learn and develop new skills under the personal attention of the Purdue Coaching Staff. There will be sessions of professional instruction and competitive games. In addition, coaches from other colleges will be in attendance to work with players. At our camps we will have all five major levels (NCAA I, II, II, NAIA, NJCAA) represented at our camp.

Specific camp schedules and itineraries will be emailed to all participating student-athletes prior to the camp.
Equipment: All players are encouraged to bring their own bats, glove, catcher's equipment, etc. Baseball pants are mandatory. Tennis/running shoes will also be needed in case of rain for indoor workouts. Molded spikes are the only spikes allowed in the Mollenkopf Athletic Center. Metal spikes are acceptable for outdoor use. Lunch will be provided for all registered baseball players. Both BBCOR and BESR bats will be allowed at this camp along with any wood or composite bat. As a college baseball program we are more interested in seeing how prospects hit with current college bats but ultimately the choice resides with the baseball player.
Refund Policy: A refund of camp tuition will be awarded based on the following schedule for all session:
Refund requested on Sept. 23 or earlier = 75% refund of camp tuition
Refund requested between Sept. 24 - Oct. 3 = 50% refund of camp tuition
Refund requested between Oct. 4-Oct. 13 = 25% refund of camp tuition
This is a no questions asked refund policy. Regardless of the reason a refund will be issued according to the policy listed above. Camp tuition is non-transferable. T-shirts and meals, along with all other items included with camp, are only applicable to those baseball players who physically attend camp. No refunds will be issued if requested after TBA.
In the event rain or other circumstances prevent the camp from being held on any particular day then the camp could potentially move inside to a suitable facility on Purdue's campus. The Purdue baseball coaching staff is only interested in holding a well run, informative and professional camp environment. We will use our best judgement in determining playing conditions and any refund possibilities that may occur.

All refunds will be issued by check and will be mailed within four (4) weeks of the completion of all camp sessions.
*Although every effort will be made to keep the camp on schedule, the Purdue University Baseball coaching staff reserves the right to change the schedule, format or any other detail of the camp for any reason. Because of the unpredictable nature of weather and game length (to name a couple), the times listed above are estimates and should only be used as such. If games can be played they will be controlled to an extent where pitch counts do not become excessive and at-bats and defensive innings are distributed as evenly as possible. Changes in the camp schedules as deemed necessary by the baseball coaching staff are not grounds for a partial or full refund.
